Taking the current situation of our highway high pier construction as the breakthrough point,from the technology diversification, strengthen the construction technology and management,improvement of construction personnel quality three aspects discussed the ways to opti-mize the high pier construction,and introduced the process of high pier template production,high pier production,high pier fixed,in order to improve the high pier construction technology level.%以我国高速公路高墩施工的现状为切入点，从工艺多样化、增强施工技术管理、提高施工人员素质三方面论述了优化高墩施工的途径，并对高墩模板制作、高墩制作、高墩固定的工艺流程作了介绍，以提高高墩施工的技术水平。
