Taking some multi-rib continuous arc bridge as the example,the paper establishes two kinds of calculation models,analyzes its self-vi-bration features and internal stress and displacement rules of main controlling sections,and proves by the result that the skewback and pier sepa-ration can reduce the size of pier section and have the even distribution of seismic force of the arch pier.%以某多肋连续系杆拱桥工程为例，建立了两种计算模型，分析了其自振特性和主要控制截面的内力及位移规律，结果表明：拱座与桥墩分离可有效减少中墩截面尺寸，使地震力在拱墩处分配均匀。
