From the integration of Taiyuan Xishan education resource foundation,this paper analyzed the current situation of Shanxi Coking Coal Group security practice teaching site and building,put forward the concept of campus planning and design,and elaborated the design scheme of teaching building plane,elevation,traffic organization,energy saving,environmental protection etc. ,in order to satisfy the teaching development demands.%从整合太原市西山教育资源基础出发，分析了山西焦煤集团安全实习教学场地和建筑的现状，提出了对校园进行整理规划的构思理念，阐述了教学楼平面、立面、交通组织、节能、环保等设计方案，从而满足教学的发展需求。
