Taking mining subsidence of some mining areas in Shanxi as the research object,the paper introduces the geological survey of the re-gion,analyzes its mining and its influence on the buildings of the region,points out the forecasting principle and expectation model for the subsid-ence,and points out some protection according to some influence of the mining subsidence on the surface buildings.%以山西某矿区开采沉陷情况为研究对象，介绍了该区域的地质概况，分析了其开采水平以及对该区域内的建筑物的影响程度，提出了开采沉陷的预测原理和预测模型，并针对研究区域地表构筑物受到开采沉陷的影响情况，提出了一定的保护措施。
