Taking the Sunshine International Hotel engineering as an example,this paper introduced the construction processing principle of super high-rise steel column,elaborated the steel structure design,manufacture,installation and other operation key points,and explained the con-struction materials and equipment,put forward the construction quality control,safety and environmental protection measures,pointed out that this technology could accelerate the construction speed and save construction cost.%以阳光国际大饭店工程为例，介绍了超高层型钢柱的施工工艺原理，对钢结构设计、制作、安装等操作要点作了阐述，并说明了施工所需的材料设备，提出了施工的质控、安全、环保措施，指出该工艺既加快了施工速度又节约了施工成本。
