The finite element model of QTZ63 tower crane was built using APDL language with the software ANSYS. The strength and stiffness was calculated under different operating conditions in order to obtain the law about the distribution of the crane in displacement and stress. Then the optimization program was composed for tower crane with the software Visual Basic6. 0 on the basis of finite element analysis which can obtain the result of the optimizer intuitively.%以 QTZ63塔式起重机为例,采用有限元软件 ANSYS 的 APDL 语言建立整体结构的有限元模型,进行多种载荷工况的强度和刚度计算,得到塔机位移和应力分布规律。在有限元分析基础上,采用 Visual Basic6.0可视化编程技术进行塔机截面的优化程序开发,可以得到直观的程序优化结果。
