According to the unfavorable decoration in the residential architectural design,the paper points out the redesigning in the inner hou-ses,and analyzes the implementation and steps in the redesign in inner houses by combining with the Yidunshangjun Residential Complex in Zhengzhou,so as to provide some new ideas for the refined and humanized design in related buildings.%针对住宅建筑设计中存在的不良装修现象，提出了住宅建筑套内再设计的思想，结合郑州伊顿上郡住宅小区工程实例，分析了套内再设计的实施方法和步骤，为相关住宅的精细化、人性化设计提供了新思路。
