Through analyzing tunnel excavation construction danger causes,it puts forward major construction danger treatment views,and makes an illustration by combining with specific examples,which has accumulated experience for tunnel construction danger treatment under complicated geological conditions.%对塑性围岩重分布应力、塑性位移、变形围岩压力的计算方式进行了介绍，通过分析隧道掘进中发生施工险情的原因，提出了处理施工险情的主要思路，并结合具体实例进行了说明，为复杂地质条件下隧道施工险情的处理积累了经验。
