通过对委内瑞拉社会住房项目应用隧道模进行房屋主体建筑施工工艺的深入研究，总结了隧道模购买、安装、钢筋绑扎、管线埋设、混凝土浇筑等所有工序的施工要点，并从质量、工期、效益等方面进行了逐项分析，以促进隧道模体系在国内社会保障性住房建设中的推广运用。%The paper studies the construction craft for the housing body construction by adopting the tunnel form in Venezuela social housing pro-grams, sums up the procedures for the tunnel form from the purchase, the installation, the steel bar binding, the buried pipelines, the concrete grouting, and has the respective analysis from the quality, construction period and the efficiency, so as to enhance the tunnel form system for the social security housing construction in China.
