Taking the refrigerated storage of some food group in Taiyuan as the example, the paper introduces the applied scope, the craft princi-ple, the procedure, and the operation points of the multi-functional ground construction craft of refrigerated storage, sums up the performance in-dexes and detection methods of the common materials and equipment of the construction, and points out the quality control measures accordingly, so as to prolong the lifespan of buildings.%以太原某食品集团冷藏库为例，通过对冷藏库多功能地面适用范围、工艺原理、流程及操作要点的介绍，总结了施工常用材料与设备的性能指标和检测方法，并提出了有针对性的质量控制措施，以延长建筑物的使用年限。
