Combining with the specific situation of the building engineering construction, this paper discussed the HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection engineering construction management and other related contents, respectively proposed according construction manage-ment strategies, in order to provide reference for building engineering work.%结合建筑工程施工的具体情况，探讨分析了暖通、给排水、消防工程施工管理的相关内容，分别提出了相应的施工管理策略，以期为建筑工程相关工作提供借鉴。
