Based on the guiding ideology of buildings air defense basement design,this paper elaborated the protection function determination of air defense basement,protection unit partition,deformation joint setting,assisted housing design and other aspects,and discussed the matters needing attention to combining with the base and water,electricity,heating and other professional design,in order to give full play to the role of air defense basement.%依据结建式防空地下室设计的指导思想，对防空地下室防护功能的确定，防护单元的划分，变形缝设置，辅助房设计等进行了阐述，并探讨了其与水、电、暖通等专业设计相结合的注意事项，以充分发挥防空地下室的作用。
