Taking the pedestrian landscape bridge project at Vocational Education Park in Yichang as the example,the paper improves the con-struction scheme from many aspects,including the box girder section,the transportation organization,and hoisting,according to its features in the irregular box girder sizes and heavy weight,and indicates the technique can overcome some limited factors,such as the site construction en-vironment and construction equipment performance,and points out some suggestions by combining with the site hoisting experience,so as to pro-vide some reference for similar construction.%以宜昌市职教园人行景观桥工程为例，针对其钢箱梁体型不规则、重量较大的特点，从箱梁分节、组织运输、吊装作业等多角度完善施工方案，有效克服了现场作业环境、施工机具性能等限制因素，并结合现场吊装经验提出建议，为类似工程建设提供了借鉴。
