Taking the sub-grade construction of spoil ground in Kowloon new city road network as an example,this paper analyzed and compared the embankment fill layer rolling,tedding backfill,mixing pile directly treatment of fill three sub-grade construction schemes,introduced the technical features of various treatment schemes,so as to select the best construction scheme.%以九龙新城路网弃土场地路基建设为例，对路堤填土分层碾压、翻晒回填、搅拌桩直接处理填土三种路基建设方案进行了分析比较，介绍了各种处理方案的技术特点，以选择最佳的施工方案。
