In order to improve the overall seismic performance of building structures,from new seismic material selection,construction scheme, site selection,strong column and weak beam,strong shear and weak flexure in structure design and other aspects,this paper discussed the seis-mic measures in building structure design,in order to achieve the use function of comfortable,safe building.%为了提升建筑结构的整体抗震性能，从新型抗震材料选择、建筑方案、场地选择及结构设计中强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯等方面入手，探讨了建筑结构设计的抗震措施，以实现建筑物舒适、安全的使用功能。
