In order to ensure the safety,comfortable,durable of highway,this paper discussed the construction quality management measures of highway asphalt pavement,and made discussion on controlling of asphalt mixture,asphalt mixture transport,road paving,rolling and other as-pects,to improve effectively the highway transport capacity.%为了确保高速公路安全、舒适、耐用，对高速公路沥青路面施工质量管理的措施进行了探讨，并从控制沥青混合料配合比、沥青混合料运输、路面摊铺、碾压等方面作了论述，以有效提升高速公路的运输能力。
