Combining with the construction and design practice experience of steel pipe scaffold,this paper fully understood the design and cal-culation key points of steel pipe scaffold in specification,explained the deficiency in specification,and discussed the improvement steel pipe scaffold design in construction process,achieved the purposes of safety and science construction.%结合钢管脚手架的施工设计实践经验，充分理解了规范中钢管脚手架的设计计算重点，补充说明了规范中的不足之处，并对改良钢管脚手架的设计施工过程进行了论述，以达到安全科学施工的目的。
