Taking a top three medical technology building engineering as an example,this paper introduced the engineering overall situation,and according to the design principle and idea of hospital,discussed design key points of each function area from facade formation,fire evacuation, cleaning grade,green construction and other aspects,so as to improve the use rate of architectural function,create good medical environment for patients.%以某三甲医院医技楼建筑工程为例，对工程的整体概况作了介绍，并依据医院的设计原则与理念，从立面造型、防火疏散、洁净等级、绿化建设等方面探讨了各功能分区的设计要点，以提高建筑功能的使用率，为医患创造优良的就医环境。
