Combining with the housing construction in China,the paper analyzes and researches the application of the technical saving measures in housing construction,and points out the saving solutions for the severe resource wastes,so as to achieve low-cost and high-benefit benign management model.%结合国内房屋建设施工的现状，对房建施工中技术节约措施的应用进行了分析与探究，并针对严重的资源浪费现象提出了节约性的解决措施，以达到低成本、高效益的良性经营模式。
