以西安市某住宅区改造项目为例，依据该住宅区所处的周边环境状况，提出了三种不同的停车场建设方案，并经对比分析，确定了最佳建设方案，以满足住宅区居民的停车需求。%Taking a residential renovation project in Xi’ an as an example, based on the surrounding environment condition of the residential area, this paper put forward three kinds of different parking lot construction scheme, and through the contrast and analysis, determined the best con-struction scheme, so as to meet the parking demands of residential area residents.
