The paper indicates the essence of the green buildings and their importance, introduces the design ideas for the buildings by taking Ju-longhu Commercial Trade Zone of Yancheng as the example, researches the regional adoptable technical measures combining with the natural en-vironment of the region, and forms the new techniques for the green construction according to the features of Yancheng, so as to provide some technical support for enhancing architectural energy-saving and development of green buildings.%简述了绿色建筑的本质及其重要性，以盐城市聚龙湖商务商贸区为例，介绍了绿色建筑的设计理念，并结合该地区的自然环境，研究了地域性适宜技术措施，形成了适合盐城特点的绿色施工新技术，为推动建筑节能和绿色建筑的发展提供了技术支撑。
