Guided by the education and cultivation plan for excellent trainers, the paper has the deep reform and innovation of the teaching con-tents, teaching methodology, and teaching system of the structural design system, mainly cultivates students’ individual capacities, teamwork and program operation abilities, so as to integrate students’ practical ability and innovative ideology into the new structural design courses and to establish the new cultivation methods.%以卓越工程师教育培养计划为导向，对结构设计课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学体系等方面进行了深入的改革与创新，并着重培养学生个人能力、团队能力和项目运作能力，旨在将学生实践能力和创新意识的培养方式融入到新的结构设计课程体系中，建立健全新的培养方法。
