The paper introduces the forms and roles of the bridge deck forms, analyzes the reasons for the diseases of the pavement layer of the bridge deck concrete, and points out its construction points according to the insufficient concrete grouting thickness, loose construction proportion and unqualified joint construction, so as to provide some reference.%介绍了桥面铺装的形式与作用，对桥面混凝土铺装层的病害成因进行了分析，并针对混凝土浇筑厚度不足、施工配比使用不严、接缝施工不当等问题提出了桥面铺装层混凝土施工要点，以供参考。
