This paper introduced one by one the contents should be considered during the high-rise concrete structure design, and elaborated the matters needing attention to structure selection, foundation and foundation design, structural calculation and analysis three aspects, in order to ef-fectively achieve the optimization design of high-rise concrete structure, improved the structure safety.%对高层混凝土结构设计时需要重点考虑的内容作了一一介绍，并对结构选型、地基与基础设计、结构计算与分析三方面的注意事项进行了阐述，以切实做到高层混凝土结构的优化设计，提高结构的安全性。
