This thesis studies artificial yield and actual wages in actual construction site in small private construction enterprise, compares with artificial cost in price of bidding of quota calculation, reveals the fixed labor cost partial to low, discussing the control of labor cost control diffi-cult and its reasons, summarized how to control the experiential approach to artificial cost.%研究调查了小型民营建筑企业实际施工现场人工产量和实际发生的人工工资，通过对定额计算投标报价中的人工费部分的分析比较，揭示了定额人工费偏低的情况，探讨了人工费成本控制的难度及其原因，总结了具体的控制人工费成本的办法。
