In this paper,the main sources of pollutants in the RC structures demolished was briefly analyzed.A connotation of zero-pollution in removal project was described,then established the managerial system of zero-pollution in the job location.We have a deep research on the order of building demolition and the waste to recycle in this process.We put forward an example of a dweller building removal,carefully analyzed the order of building demolition and the waste to recycle,in order to provide some reference for reducing building pollution to the environment in this process and solving the shortage of resources.%分析了RC结构物拆除过程中主要污染物的来源,阐述了建筑物拆除工程中零污染及资源化的概念,确立了如何做到零污染的管理机制,深入研究了建筑物拆除的顺序以及拆除过程中所产生废弃物的重新再利用,以某小区的拆除为例,详细分析了拆除顺序及拆除物作为新资源的利用,为减轻建筑物拆除对环境的污染和解决资源的紧缺提供一些参考和依据。
