This paper formulates the layout and attaching issue for tower crane attaching to super high-rise building with ＂frame-canister＂ structure,carries out economic comparison with internal-climbing tower crane,and simultaneously specifically describes the scheme implementation issue and solutions,which has certain guiding meaning for similar engineering construction in future.%对＂框—筒＂结构超高层建筑外附着塔吊的布置及附着问题进行方案上的制定,并进行了与使用内爬塔吊的经济对比,同时也对方案执行过程中遇到的问题及解决的办法做了详细的阐述,对今后同类工程施工具有一定指导意义。
