The paper adopts the chaotic time series prediction to establish the non-linear chaotic models for the subsidence forecasting,introduces the one-rank local-region method,and undertakes the prediction and calculation on the supervision data of the factual subsidence of B high-rise residential building of Chang'an University,and proves by the result that the method has accurate forecasting,small calculation tasks and easy to operate.%应用混沌时间序列预测方法,建立沉降预测的非线性混沌模型,介绍了局域一阶预测算法,并用这种算法对长安大学B点高层住宅楼实际沉降监测数据进行预测计算。结果表明,该方法不仅预测精度高,而且计算量小,相对容易操作。
