Based on the a frame structure design case,the paper analyzes problems in the application of new Code for Seismic Design of Buildings issued in 2010,and puts forward rational solutions by combining with norms,which has provided certain guidance for the frame structure design in future.%通过框架设计实例,剖析新版GB 50011-2001建筑抗震设计规范（以下简称《抗规》）应用过程中经常遇到的问题,并结合规范提出了合理的解决方案,对今后框架结构设计工作提供了一定指导。
