Taking the intelligent visible dialogue system of some large-scale residential community in Guilin as the example,the paper compares the simulation visible dialogue system in the First Period of the community with the pure digital visible dialogue system of the Second Period,and points out the development direction for the pure digital network for the visible dialogue system of the residential communities,so the community quality can be promoted and the operation and management of the equipment transferred to the property service be improved.%以桂林某大型住宅小区智能化可视对讲系统为例,通过对小区一期模拟可视对讲系统与小区二期纯数字可视对讲系统的对比论述,提出了住宅小区可视对讲系统纯数字网络化的发展方向,既提升了小区的品质,也有利于设备移交物业后的运行维护管理。
