Based on the overall concept of Dalian city center design, the paper discusses Dalian Yujing center project from aspects of road and traffic organization, Dalian city square landscape, and urban skyline landscape design and so on, and further explores the organic design method of high-rise building and city center design and planning in urbanization process, so as to better optimize the city space.%基于大连市城市中心区设计的总体构想，从与城市有机结合的道路交通组织、与大连城市广场景观以及城市天际线景观设计等几个方面来论述大连市裕景中心项目，进而探讨城市化进程中的高层建筑与城市中心区规划建设有机融合的设计方法，从而更好的优化城市空间。
