After fully analyzing the necessity for applying PIP in urban rail traffic programs, the study encodes EPS, OBS, WBS and RBS by adopting P6 software by combining with the components of the Suzhou metro program, introduces the functional components for the program management, the investment management, the knowledge management and the quality management, forms PIP of the metro program in Suzhou, and points out the important role of PIP in the promotion of the construction efficiency and quality and reduction of the construction cost.%在充分分析了PIP在城市轨道交通项目中的应用必要性之后,结合苏州地铁自身的项目构成,辅以P6软件进行EPS,OBS,WBS以及RBS的编码,介绍了进度管理、投资管理、知识管理、质量管理以及安全管理的几大功能组件,最终形成了苏州地铁项目PIP,指出PIP在项目的管理过程中起到了提高工效和质量,降低造价的显著作用。
