The paper introduces the status of the implementation of Jiangsu＇ s fiscal incentive policy for the tield of building energy conservation, sums up some problems in the implementation process of current policy, analyzes and proposes some feasible suggestions for the implementation of Jiangsu＇ s fiscal incentive policy.
