钢桥面板与板式无砟轨道连接局部模型试验研究

         

摘要

为研究轨道板与钢桥面板连接处加强部位的力学行为,结合京沪高速铁路上一座四线96m跨下承式钢箱系杆拱桥,采用1:4的几何缩尺比例,对其轨道板与钢桥面板连接局部加强部位进行了模型试验研究,并进行了详细的空间有限元分析。研究结果表明:在制动力荷载作用下,测点的应变与荷载线性关系度良好,模型试验结果与模型有限元计算结果比较吻合;轨道板与钢桥面板连接局部加强部位的应力水平能满足结构的受力要求,并且有一定的安全裕度。%In order to research the dynamic behavior at the strengthened part at the connection of the rail plate and the steel deck, the paper adopts 1:4 geometric reduced scale by combining with the four-line span bottom steel box pipe concrete frame tied-arch bridge with 96 m span along Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway, undertakes the model experiment research on the local strengthened part at the connection between the rail plate and the steel deck, has the detailed spatial finite element analysis, displays by the research result that the strain of the tested part has better relationship with linear load and the model experiment result is consistent with the calculation result of the model finite element under the braking force, and the strain at the local strengthened part between the rail plate and the steel deck meet the stressed demand of the structure, and it has certain safety margin.
