Based on the experience as the frontline worker in China current landscape design, the study undertakes the introduction, analysis and reflection on Baoyuanzedi program from its design to the complete phase by combining with the practice and observation on the landscape design of residential communities decades ago, and points out some thoughts and consideration for the insistence of the traditional regional landscape fea- tures in the current landscape design of residential communities, so it provides ideas to create the plain, natural and intimate regional space places.%以一个中国当代景观设计一线的从业者的身份，结合过去十几年里对居住区景观设计行业的实践和发展中的观察，通过对保元泽第项目从设计到施工完成的实际案例的介绍、分析及反思，对当代居住区景观设计中的传统地域景观特色的坚持与坚守，提出自己的思考与反思，为创造朴实、自然、亲切的地域空间场所提供了思路。
