从建筑工程全过程入手,针对建筑工程投资失控的原因进行了分析,并针对各阶段容易出现的投资失控现象提出了相应的对策和预防措施,以指导造价控制工作,保证施工项目实现投资效益最大化。%From the whole process of construction project, this paper made analysis according to the causes of construction project investment out of control, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and preventive measures according to prone to phenomenon of investment out of control of each stage, in order to guide the cost control work, ensured the investment benefit maximization of construction project.
