Combining with many-year following auditing practice experience in infrastructure programs,the paper analyzes the current management over the rural migrant workers in the construction field and the wage payment of them,and points out relative management suggestions,so as to direct their wage payment in the engineering construction and guarantee the labor rights of the rural migrant workers.%结合多年基本建设项目跟踪审计实践经验,分析了目前建设领域农民工管理及农民工工资支付方面存在的问题,并提出了相关管理建议,以期指导工程建设领域农民工工资支付工作,切实保障农民工劳动权益。
