According to the developmetn of Chinese architectural industry,the paper introduces some reasons for some quality issues in the construction of some architectural projects from the importance of the quality management,and points out respective solution strategies,so as to provide some reference for relative personnel.%针对我国的建筑行业发展现状,从质量管理的重要性入手,介绍了我国目前建筑工程施工中导致产生质量问题的一些原因,并且提出了相关的解决策略,以期给相关的工作人员一些参考。
