From the fact of the inspection and evaluation of school safety project in recent two years, the paper researches some common and typ- ical phenomena in the school safety inspection, reflects by the research that the cracks on walls are mainly unstressed cracks, including tempera- ture and settlement cracks, and the ones caused by the insufficient loading capacity of partial stress, and indicates there is no reliable connection measures for most of the erection of prefabricated plate, and illustrates the common phenomenon that the strength of mortar in more than 20-year buildings is seriously low.%从近两年校安工程检测、鉴定的一些实际情况出发，研究了校安检测中的一些普遍的、有特征性的现象，研究表明：墙体裂缝主要表现为温度裂缝、沉降裂缝等非受力裂缝和局部受压承载力不足造成的裂缝；大部分预制板的搭接没有可靠的连接措施；造成年代近二十年及以上的建筑物的砂浆强度严重偏低等普遍现象。
