结合目前建筑市场现状，就工程招投标价格的有效控制进行了探索，并对工程招投标阶段的造价控制加以阐述，最后总结了竣工结算阶段存在的问题及对策，以期保证建设项目投资效益最大化。%Combining with the situation of construction market, this paper researched the effective control of engineering bidding price control, and elaborated the cost control of engineering bidding stage, finally summarized the existed problems and measures of completion settlement stage, so as to ensure the investment benefit maximization of construction projects.
