结合现在震害研究成果，探讨了配筋砖砌体与砖房抗震能力提高机理，分别阐述了网状配筋砌体和组合砌体对房屋抗震能力提高机理，并指出两种砌体施工过程中操作要点及注意事项，以指导实践。%Combining with research results of present earthquake damage, this paper discussed the improvement mechanism of reinforced brick masonry and brick building aseismic capacity, respectively elaborated the improvement mechanism of mesh reinforced masonry and building aseismic capacity, and pointed out that the operation point and matters needing attention in the construction process of two kinds masonry, so as to guide the practice.
