According to the investigation on the earthquake damages on the multi-floor masonry building in May 12th Wenchuan earthquake and the analysis of the anti-seismic evaluation of some teaching building, the paper points out the anti-seismic and consolidation design scheme for the building, and provides the suggestions for the anti-seismic and consolidation design of the multi-floor masonry structures, so as to have certain direction for the similar anti-seismic consolidation programs.%根据5·12汶川地震多层砌体结构震害情况的调查，以及对某教学楼抗震鉴定分析，提出了针对此楼的抗震加固设计方案，同时给出了多层砌体结构抗震加固设计建议，对今后同类抗震加固项目具有一定指导意义。
