回风隅角是采空区漏风的出口,由于携带瓦斯漏风的汇集,经常出现瓦斯超限现象。结合潞安集团夏店矿3111工作面实际情况,采用了改造现有抽排风机进风口、倾向风障法、回风隅角风帘堵漏、引导风流法等技术措施。针对措施使用前后各个基础参数的取值,采用Fluent软件对回风隅角瓦斯浓度分布进行数值模拟,得出治理前后的对比效果。结果表明,瓦斯综合治理措施有效降低了采空区瓦斯向工作面的异常涌出,为工作面和回风隅角瓦斯治理开辟了新途径。%Air return corner is export of gob air leakage,the leakage bring gas together here,so in upper corner often appear gas overrun phenomenon.Combines with the practical situation of 3 1 1 1 working face in Xiadian coal mine of Lu'an group,by using the transformation of the existing pumping exhaust fan inlet,inclined wind break method,re-turn corner air curtain blocking,guide the airflow method and other technical measures.Using Fluent software carries out numerical simulate to the gas concentration distribute of upper corner before and after using measures,concluded the contrast effect before and after the management.The results showed that the comprehensive gas control measures effectively,reduced the goaf gas rush into working face,for the working face and upper corner gas control open a new way.
