采煤机截齿的耐磨性能分析

         

摘要

现代化煤矿产量的增加对采煤机截割能力的要求越来越高,采煤机的截割能力除电机功率外主要与截齿齿体的耐磨性能有关。本文以截齿齿体材料40Cr为例,依据其使用条件及要求,采用相应的热处理技术及淬火与回火的处理方式,在分析其显微组织与力学性能变化的基础上,对摩擦痕迹进行观察并研究其磨损的机理,最终提出热处理后淬火低温回火的方法,延长了采煤机截齿的寿命,改善了截齿齿体材料的综合性能,降低了生产成本。%Increased production of modern coal mine for shearer cutting ability request is becoming higher and higher,shearer's cutting ability in addition to motor power mainly associated with wear resistance of cutting pick body. In this paper takes the cutting pick body material 40Cr as an example,according to its use conditions and require-ments,adopts the corresponding heat treatment technology,quenching and tempering treatment way.Based on analy-zing the microstructure and mechanical property change,observe and study the wear mechanism to rub marks.Final-ly,the method of quenching low temperature tempering after heat treatment was proposed,extends the life of shearer cutting picks,improves the comprehensive performance of cutting pick body material,reduces the production cost.
