This article introduced the operation situation of AGC in Shanxi power grid,and the existing problems were analyzed from multi-perspectives. In order to reach the demand of the double detailed rules,the power plant optimized CCS. Through regulating the adjustment performance of AGC unit,generators can respond quickly to power load change,thus improving the stability and reliability of power grid.% 分析了目前山西电网自动发电控制的投运情况，对存在的问题进行了多方面的探讨。从电厂端出发，为了满足山西电网执行《华北区域发电厂辅助服务管理及并网运行管理实施细则》的考核要求，对目前的协调控制策略进行了优化，通过修正自动发电控制机组的调节性能，实现了发电机组对电网负荷变化的快速跟踪，达到提高电网稳定运行的目的。
