目的 分析高黏度骨水泥与传统低黏度骨水泥用于治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效.方法 选取60例OVCF患者,对照组和试验组各30例,对照组给予低黏度骨水泥注入,试验组给予高黏度骨水泥注入,比较2组手术前后伤椎椎体高度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、术后椎体功能恢复及并发症情况,计量资料采用t检验、计数资料以 χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 术后同组间椎体高度、VAS及Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)评分较术前明显改善(P<0.05),且术后试验组伤椎椎体高度恢复优于对照组(P<0.05),但VAS、ODI评分术后2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术中试验组有5例发生骨水泥渗漏,而对照组有11例,试验组骨水泥渗漏率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组间术后均无肺栓塞及神经脊髓损伤等严重并发症.结论 高黏度骨水泥治疗OVCF能明显改善患者术后疼痛,提高临床疗效,减少并发症的发生,是一种安全有效的治疗方法.%Objective To discuss the application effect with high viscosity and conventional low viscosity bone cement in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures .Methods Sixty cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were divided into two groups at random (30 cases in each group) . They were given high viscosity bone cement and conventional low viscosity bone cement treatment respectively . The vertebral height and function ,VAS score ,vertebral function recovery and complications were compared .T-test and chi-square test were used for measurement data and counting variables ,respectively .There is statistical difference when the P<0 .05 .Results There were significant differences among the vertebra vertebral height , VAS and ODI postoperative .The vertebral height after surgery in patients in the experimental group was higher than that in control group .The differences of VAS and ODI were of no statistically significance between two groups .The leakage rate in high viscosity bone cement was much lower than that in the traditional bone cement group .The difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion High viscosity bone cement treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures significantly reduces postoperative pain ,improves clinical outcomes and declines the complication .It is a safe and efficient treatment method .
