老师与家长对可疑多动症儿童症状筛查的比较研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨小学老师和父母对多动症儿童症状认识的差异,为对多动症的症状识别提供借鉴.方法 采用多动症症状检查量表第四版(SNAP-Ⅳ),由小学生的家长和老师分别对疑似多动症儿童进行评估.结果 在32例老师筛查出的疑似多动症儿童中,家长评分达到疑似多动症标准的儿童仅有17例,注意缺陷、多动/冲动和对立违抗3个分量表的家长评分均明显低于老师的评分(t=-7.886,-3.169,-4.184;P<0.01).每个分量表中各自所属项1目评分比较差异巨大,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.268~-2.132,P<0.05).结论小学生家长和老师对多动症儿童行为表现的识别差异较大,平时要加强老师与家长的联系,通过医教结合及早识别多动症患儿并对他们进行帮助.%Objective This paper discusses the differences of cognition on ADHD children between primary school teachers and parents to provide suggestions on the early detection of the disease symptoms .Methods Teachers and parents evaluate the suspected ADHD children respectively by using SNAP-Ⅳ .Results Of the 32 teacher-filtered suspected ADHD children subsequently evaluated by parents ,only 17 cases meet standards of the suspected ADHD children .The parents'scores are lower than those of teachers and the differences are significant ( t = -7.886 ,-3.169 ,-4.184 ;P<0.01) in three subscales ,i.e. deficit ,hyperactivity and opposition and vio-lation. The evaluation scores of the items of each scale are significantly different ( t = - 7.268 ~ - 2.132 ,P <0.05) and only a few are not significantly different .Conclusion The evaluation on the suspected ADHD children between teachers and parents are significantly different .Therefore it is of great importance for us to keep consist-ent contact between teachers and parents and provide assistance for the early detection of the ADHD children by means of combination of clinical treatmentand education .
