小儿急诊科引入心理干预模式对患儿生理应激状态及家属负性情绪的影响

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention model for children′s emergency de-partment on the physiological stress and familys negative emotions ,and to accumulate experience for this kind of special groups .Methods Eighty-two cases of children treated in our hospital from April 2012 to February 2015were randomly divided into study group and control group ,41 cases in each group .Routine nursing interven-tion was carried out in the control group ,while the research group was introduced psychological intervention on the basis of the control group .The two groups of children were admitted to hospital and discharged from the visual analog pain score (VAS) assessment ,and recorded the heart rate and systolic blood pressure during that time . The families of the two groups of children were received the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating De-pression Scale (SDS) evaluation when their children were admitted to hospital and discharged from it. Results There was no significant difference in VAS ,heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups ( P >0 .05) .The VAS scores ,heart rate and systolic blood pressure of study group were lower than those in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups ( P > 0 .05) .At discharge ,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .Conclusion The introduction of psychological intervention in children's emergency department is helpful to alleviate the physio-logical stress state ,and can improve the negative emotion and get more remarkable clinical effect.%目的:探究心理干预模式应用于小儿急诊科对其生理应激状况及家属负性情绪的影响,并为这类特殊群体的优质护理积累经验。方法选取我院急诊科于2012年4月至2015年2月收治的82例意外伤害患儿,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分别设为研究组和对照组,每组各41例。其中对照组开展常规护理干预,研究组则在对照组基础上引入心理干预。2组患儿均于入院时及出院时接受视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)测评,并记录上述时间段的心率及收缩压。2组患儿家属均于入院时及出院时接受焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评。结果2组患儿在入院时的 VAS 、心率及收缩压值差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);出院时,研究组患儿的 VAS 、心率及收缩压值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。2组患儿家属在入院时的 SAS 和SDS 评分差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);出院时,研究组的 SAS 和 SDS 评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论小儿急诊科引入心理干预不仅有助于缓解患儿的生理应激状态,更能改善其负性情绪,取得较为可观的临床成效。
