Objective Research Neuron specific enolase(NSE) and Adrenomedullin ,(ADM ) expression and significance of malignant lesions in the lung cancer .Methods Using immunohistochemical method to detect 84 ca-ses of lung cancer and 20 cases of NSE and ADM expression in normal lung tissue .Results ①In lung cancer tis-sue NSE and ADM positive expression rate of 80 .9% and 70.2% respectively ,were significantly higher than that of normal lung tissue (P<0.01);②The expression of ADM and NSE and histopathologic type ,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) .And with the clinical staging Ⅲ Ⅳ and Ⅰ Ⅱ period are increased obviously (P<0.05) ,and at the same time have a positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis group was obviously higher than that of group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.01) .Conclusion ADM and NSE is lung cancer , malignant degree evaluation ,clinical pathologic stage ,lymph node metastasis of valuable indicator ;Through joint detection ,and to help predict the invasion ,metastasis and prognosis of patients with lung cancer ,and to guide clinical use reasonable treatment plan .%目的:研究神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和肾上腺髓质素(ADM )在肺癌恶性病变中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测84例肺癌和20例正常肺组织中的NSE和ADM 表达。结果①肺癌组织中NSE和ADM阳性表达率分别为81%和70%,均显著高于正常肺组织( P<0.01);②ADM 、NSE的表达与病理组织类型、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。且随临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期比较明显上升(P<0.05),同时有淋巴结转移组阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。结论 ADM 和NSE是评价肺癌恶性程度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移的有价值指标;通过对其进行联合检测,有助于预测肺癌患者的浸润、转移情况及预后,指导临床采用合理的治疗方案。
