Objective To explore the effects of wavefront-guided laser in situ keratomileusis (WG-LASIK) and wavefront-guided laser epithelial keratomileusis (WG-LASEK)in patients with myopia.Methods Fifty eyes with WG-LASIK and 50 eyes with WG-LASEK were included in this study.Visual quality evaluations including uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA),manifest refraction (spherical equivalent,SE),and higher-order aberrations (HOAs),were performed on each eye preoperatively,one-month postoperatively,three-month postoperatively and six-month postoperatively.Results During the follow-up period,there were no significant differences in SE and postoperative UCVA between the two groups.There was significant difference in the root mean square (RMS)of HOAs.Conclusion Both procedures could increase the HOAs,but the HOAs improvement after WG-LASEK was lower than that after WG-LASIK.%目的：对比并探讨波前像差引导的准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术（LASEK）与准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）对眼视觉质量的影响。方法选取在我院准分子激光治疗中心就诊并行波前像差引导的LASEK 为治疗组，波前像差引导的 LASIK 为对照组，各25例50只眼，对术前、术后1、3、6个月进行视觉质量评价。结果2组术后屈光度数及裸眼视力差异无统计学意义，2组的高阶像差值差异有统计学意义。结论波前像差引导的 LASEK 和 LASIK 都会使眼高阶像差不同程度地增加，LASEK 的增加幅度小于 LASIK。
